this is a special song, very dear to my heart. It came to me after my dear sister and amazing doula Annelies Mulder (Mamalogisch) asked me to write a song especially for giving birth. A few weeks later, 'Birthing New Life' arrived and was recorded in december 2020 a few days after I attended my very first birth. This is a song to honour the power of giving birth, the power of women, the power of the womb, the source of all creation. Enjoy!
